The Look on Shots is a stylish and trendy photography, cinematography, and drone piloting business based in Assam and Bangalore, India, with 6 years of experience. We offer a wide range of services including commercial events, brand promotion, private events, weddings, and corporate events, as well as design and fashion. Our unique aspect lies in our ability to offer diverse photography services with a focus on quality and creativity. What sets us apart is the unique blend of skills that allow us to capture moments in both still and moving images. We offer hybrid packages, infusing a cinematic photography style, incorporating drone photography and videography, providing live streaming and event coverage, creating short films and documentaries, exploring virtual reality experiences, collaborating with other creatives, and offering educational resources. The business owner JHANKAR BHUYAN started the journey as a photographer in Assam in 2018, then transitioned to cinematography in 2020, and began working as a drone pilot in 2022. This transition has expanded the business by offering a comprehensive visual storytelling experience and a wide range of innovative and forward-thinking services. Our main goal is to provide our clients with the best possible visual experience and to showcase our portfolio to attract new clients and increase our online presence through our website.

Service Delivery Policy

  • Project Timeline: We provide a detailed timeline for each project and strive to meet all deadlines. Post deadline 5-10 working days depends on the distance.

  • Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering high-quality work. If the client is not satisfied with the final product, we offer revisions as per the agreement.

  • Equipment and Safety: We use professional-grade equipment and adhere to safety protocols, especially for drone operations.

  • Two mode of  delivery will be available 1. Cloud Drive delivery with Credential 2. Physical Drive  T&C applied.

Payment Method: The Payments for the Products available on the Website may be made in the following ways:

  2. Cash on Delivery of the Service .

Pricing and Availability: The Prices and availability of the Service, offers and services provided or offered on the Website are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the Company. The prices displayed at the Website are inclusive of goods and sales tax (“GST”), but do not include a delivery charge. For all orders under INR 99,999 (Indian Rupees  Ninety Nine thousand  hundred ninety nine only), delivery charge of INR 300-500 as per the destination (Indian Rupees Three Hundred to Five Hundred only) shall be levied. All orders above INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Hundred Thousand only) shall be delivered without any delivery charges. The Prices and offers in offline store and online on websites and portals other than the Website may vary from the prices displayed on the Website.

 

Delivery: Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon completion of the service , the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that your order will be cancelled due to: (i)  at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

 

Tracking Facility: Upon dispatch of the Service in physical hard drive you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.

Data Retention and Backup Policy

  • Data Retention: We retain all project data for a period of 10 years from the completion date of the project.

  • Data Backup: All project data is securely backed up and stored for 10 years to ensure its availability in case the client loses their copy.

  • Data Access: The stored data will not be shared with any third party and will remain confidential.

  • Retrieval Service: Clients can request access to their backed-up data within the 10-year period. A fee will be charged for data retrieval and delivery.

  • Data Deletion: After 10 years, all project data will be permanently deleted from our backup systems unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial booking deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where the project is canceled by us.

  • if the full about was paid at the time of booking then 65% will be refunded if the project get cancel before to 15 days if the project is under 500 Kilometers form the operational address. (within  5-7  Bank working days)

  • If the project is not under 500 Kilometers Km then no refund will be processed.
